Pulsed lasers for Raman spectroscopy by PicoQuant

July 13, 2016
The VisUV-1064 and VisUV-532-HP pulsed laser modules have uses in applications requiring higher laser powers, such as in situ Raman spectroscopy.

The VisUV-1064 and VisUV-532-HP pulsed laser modules from PicoQuant (Berlin, Germany) emit picosecond pulsed laser light at 1064 nm with an average optical power of more than 1 W and sub-nanosecond pulses at 532 nm with an average optical power of up to 750 mW, respectively. The lasers have uses in applications requiring higher laser powers, such as in situRaman spectroscopy, can be operated at internally selectable repetition rates between 31.25 kHz and 80 MHz, and externally triggered at any repetition rate between 1 Hz and 80 MHz. The output beams feature M2 values below 1.3.
