The AccuCure ultraviolet (UV) LED illumination system from Digital Light Lab (Knoxville, TN) measures 12 × 12 in. for large-area UV-curing applications. Its LED head offers high intensity and uniform flood UV, controlling output via a companion controller. Available UV wavelengths include 365, 385, 400, and 420 nm, but other wavelengths and sizes may be custom-ordered for OEM applications.

UV LED Light Panel

Digital Light Lab has introduced a large-scale panel UV LED illumination system. At 12” x 12”, the AccuCure Panel family of products is intended for large area UV-curing applications. The AccuCure Panel LED head offers high intensity and uniform flood UV whose output can be accurately controlled via a companion controller. The AccuCure Intelligent Controller empowers user programmability for optical intensity, time profiles, spatial profile, and trigger functionality. The controller unit may communicate to a PC or PLC via USB or Ethernet interface. The AccuCure Panel offers several different UV wavelengths including 365-nm, 385-nm, 400-nm, and 420-nm. Other wavelengths and sizes may be custom ordered for OEM applications. [email protected]
