Hard-coated bandpass filters for single-photon microscopy by Edmund Optics

Nov. 28, 2013
TECHSPEC hard-coated OD4 25 nm bandpass filters from Edmund Optics provide high transmission and deep rejection necessary for isolating narrow spectral regions in single-photon microscopy applications.

TECHSPEC hard-coated OD4 25 nm bandpass filters from Edmund Optics (Barrington, NJ) provide high transmission and deep rejection necessary for isolating narrow spectral regions in single-photon microscopy applications. The filters prevent overbleaching of live samples or fluorophores, and eliminate unwanted background noise while enhancing signal-to-noise ratio. One hundred-eight models are available, with center wavelengths from 400 to 1550 nm and diameters of 12.5, 25, and 50 mm.
