The S1000EXi flow cytometer from Stratedigm incorporates the company's second-generation Smart Detect and Laser Trimming technologies, enabling detection of up to 18 colors with four lasers for low-threshold and microparticle applications.

The S1000EXi flow cytometer from Stratedigm (San Jose, CA) incorporates the company's second-generation Smart Detect and Laser Trimming technologies, enabling detection of up to 18 colors with four lasers for low-threshold and microparticle applications. Smart Detect technology also enables use of a single integrated photomultiplier tube and electronics module for the detection of up to three fluorophores with similar emission wavelengths, but different excitation lasers.
