The TCS SP8 STED 3X stimulated emission depletion (STED) microscopy platform from Leica Microsystems achieves resolutions below the diffraction limit in lateral and axial directions.

The TCS SP8 STED 3X stimulated emission depletion (STED) microscopy platform from Leica Microsystems (Mannheim, Germany) achieves resolutions below the diffraction limit in lateral and axial directions. The platform is adjustable for best lateral and vertical resolution and smallest confocal volume. Multiple depletion laser choices open up the spectrum of visible light for confocal super-resolution microscopy.
