PRESS RELEASE

Lynceus-320 InGaAs Camera

TOPTICA introduces the Lynceus-320, a fast and lightweight InGaAs (focal plane array) camera with high sensitivity and a wide dynamic range of 47dB. This camera has a resolution of 320×256 pixels and offers a full frame rate of 192fps. A USB 2.0 interface serves as the power supply and guarantees an easy connection with computers running Windows 2000 and later versions.

Applications for this camera are diverse:

  • Water and moisture detection
  • Radiation insulation analysis
  • Infrared laser-beam profiling
  • NIR spectra or laser analysis
  • Silicon wafer testing
  • Thermal imaging
  • IR filter testing
  • NIR reflection behavior sorting

The NIR Camera will be demonstrated live at Photonics West 2011 in San Francisco at the TOPTICA booth 817.

TOPTICA Photonics develops, manufactures, services and distributes technology-leading diode and fiber lasers and laser systems for scientific and industrial applications.
