LTB Lasertechnik Berlin GmbH introduces its new 120 Hz nitrogen laser for bioreaders, LIF, MALDI-TOF MS, Micro-LIBS and laser micro dissection. The MNL 112 model expands the MNL 100 nitrogen laser series, which has already successfully been established in the life science market as 30Hz and 60Hz version as well as low divergence version. On the basis of the main components of the MNL 100, LTB developed a UV light source that is able to continuously run at 120 Hz. Features of this laser are the small beam dimensions of 0.8 x 0.8 mm, the efficient coupling of >80% and an adjustable repetition rate of up to 120 Hz.
Main characteristics of the laser are the solid-state switch module for wear-free operation and excellent synchronisation, the sealed cartridge in a novel metal-ceramic technology with a lifetime of >120 million pulses and the small size (321 x 95 x 95mm). The functions of the laser are controlled and monitored by an integrated control unit. Optionally, the laser can be equipped with an integrated energy monitor, fiber coupling, a continuously adjustable attenuator, and an optical trigger with a time jitter of <200 ps.LTB Lasertechnik BerlinSponsored Recommendations
