The SuperK COMPACT supercontinuum fiber laser from NKT Photonics provides single-mode, fiber-delivered light in the 450–2400 nm range.

The SuperK COMPACT supercontinuum fiber laser from NKT Photonics (Birkerød, Denmark) provides single-mode, fiber-delivered light in the 450–2400 nm range. Powered by the company's photonic-crystal fiber technology and constructed on the larger SuperK EXTREME platform, the laser can be triggered externally and synced with low jitter from single shot up to 20 kHz. The laser can serve as a general-purpose laboratory white light source, and has uses in spectroscopy, test and measurement, and component characterization applications.
