B&W Tek to show smart spectrometer at Strategies in Biophotonics 2014

Sept. 8, 2014
The Exemplar Plus smart spectrometer has a low-stray-light, unfolded Czerny-Turner spectrograph with a highly sensitive, TE-cooled, back-thinned CCD detector that is linearly summed for high dynamic range.

The Exemplar Plus smart spectrometer has a low-stray-light, unfolded Czerny-Turner spectrograph with a highly sensitive, TE-cooled, back-thinned CCD detector that is linearly summed for high dynamic range. Its long focal length, coupled with a high-quantum-efficiency detector, provides high data quality over the 190-1100 nm spectral range. It features high signal-to-noise ratio for use in low-light-level applications and a built-in shutter for dark scan measurements, even while illuminated.
