The Celldiscoverer 7 automated microscopy platform has various incubation and detection options.

The Celldiscoverer 7 automated microscopy platform from Carl Zeiss Microscopy (Jena, Germany) has various incubation and detection options, and can be tailored to the individual needs of research labs. The system is compatible with a selected range of microscope cameras for demanding live cell experiments and rapid time-lapse recordings. When combined with the company's Axiocam 512 mono microscope camera with 12 Mpixel resolution and a large field of view, the platform allows fluorescence screening applications with high throughput. Its hardware-based autofocus finds and keeps the focus automatically, as well as detects the thickness and optical properties of the sample carrier.
