Fluorescence dichroic filters by Edmund Optics

March 13, 2017
TECHSPEC fluorescence dichroic filters are available in 26 models in cut-on wavelengths from 409 to 850 nm.

TECHSPEC fluorescence dichroic filters from Edmund Optics (Barrington, NJ), which have uses in fluorescence microscopy or high-magnification imaging applications, are available in 26 models in cut-on wavelengths from 409 to 850 nm in both 12.5 × 17.6 and 25.2 × 35.6 mm sizes. The filters feature a transmitted wavefront of λ/10 RMS, surface quality of 40-20, surface flatness (P-V) of λ/2, and an angle of incidence of 45°. Manufactured from a UV fused silica substrate, the hard-coated filters provide average reflection >98% and transmission >90% for high peak transmission and blocking of unwanted light.
