The SP8 DIVE tunable deep-imaging system by Leica Microsystems (Mannheim, Germany) is a spectrally tunable solution for multicolor, multiphoton deep-tissue imaging. DIVE, which stands for Deep In Vivo Explorer, captures up to four fluorophores simultaneously and an unlimited number of fluorophores sequentially. It is based on the company's 4Tune detector technology combined with the HyD imaging chain--together, the technologies offer full spectral freedom for multicolor deep-tissue imaging.
