The NSC1901T-SI shortwave-infrared (SWIR) SXGA sensor has resolution of 1280 × 1024 pixels, 10 µm pitch, and readout noise of 25 e-. It delivers up to 120 fps, operates in IWR and ITR mode, and can be combined with ROI readout. A novel NH stacking technology allows the manufacture of a stack of indium gallium arsenide photodiode arrays to a CMOS readout integrated circuit at the pixel level.
