Near-IR imagers

Dec. 1, 1997
The SU512L-1.7T1-1000 linear InGaAs photodiode array is designed for spectroscopy applications in the wavelength range from 800 to 1700 nm. The linear arrays have 128, 256, or 512 sensing elements that measure 1 mm ¥ 50 µm. On-focal-plane readout circuitry provides individual integrating preamplifiers maintaining zero-volt bias on each photo diode.
