New LIA officers take over

Officers for 2000 at the Laser Institute of America (Orlando, FL) include president Jyoti Mazumder (University of Michigan; Ann Arbor, MI), president-elect Dana Marshall (Cutting Edge Optronics; St. Charles, MO), secretary Edward Metzbower (US Naval Research Laboratory; Washington, DC), and treasurer William Lawson (Laser Machining; Somerset, WI). New fellows include Paul Denney (Edison Welding Institute; Columbus, OH), Walt Duley (University of Waterloo; Ontario, Canada), William Latham (Air Force Research Laboratory, Directed Energy Directorate; Kirtland AFB, NM), and Wes Marshall (US Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine; Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD).
