The Multi-Spot is a new 8 × 8 multi spot diffractive optical element for 2.94 µm and for 632.8 nm with a uniformity of ±5% and an efficiency of 75%. The Multi-Spot comes in two standard versions: 1.57° separation angle at 2.94 µm and a 0.34° separation angle at 632.8 nm.
