Ondax to showcase terahertz Raman system at SPIE BiOS and SPIE Photonics West 2014

Jan. 24, 2014
SureBlock XLF Series THz-Raman systems extend standard Raman analysis into the terahertz frequency regime (5–200 cm-1, or 150 GHz to 6 THz), enabling clear differentiation of polymorphs and other structural attributes of chemicals and compounds.

SureBlock XLF Series THz-Raman systems extend standard Raman analysis into the terahertz frequency regime (5–200 cm-1, or 150 GHz to 6 THz), enabling clear differentiation of polymorphs and other structural attributes of chemicals and compounds. System configurations include excitation wavelengths at 532, 785, or 830 nm; benchtop or microscope-mounted configurations; and compatibility with any single-stage spectrometer via fiber coupling.
