Fused and continuous fiber-optic tapers for use from the deep-ultraviolet (UV) to near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths are available in 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, and 5:1 ratios.

Fused and continuous fiber-optic tapers for use from the deep-ultraviolet (UV) to near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths are available in 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, and 5:1 ratios. Produced with the company's Optran all-silica fibers, the tapers can be any length with core diameters from 125 to 1000 µm.
