All-fiber depolarizer

The broadband, 1550-nm single-mode depolarizer is fully passive, yet can reduce the polarization of even narrow-bandwidth light sources to less than 5% DOP. Linewidth sources less than 0.1 nm can be fully depolarized. A 980-nm version is available for EDFA applications.
