The 48-V Industrial Swappable Battery from Green Cubes Technology is specifically designed for fast or hot-swapping batteries in everything from mobile workstations to industrial mobile robots.

Green Cubes supplements the industrial-grade battery pack with a suite of accessories, giving OEMs and system integrators access to receivers, power distribution electronics, AC/DC power supplies for charging, and DC/AC inverters to electrify mobile applications. Using a combination of these accessories, customers can build the 48-V Industrial Swappable Battery into a mobile power source and stationary charging station.

The 48-V batteries are based on Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) technology, one of the safest and most environmentally-friendly cell chemistries on the market while providing a longer cycle life than traditional lithium-ion (Li-ion) or lead-acid batteries. They can be connected in parallel for charging and discharging, up to a maximum of five batteries. This parallel function enables hot-swapping multiple batteries when installed with a mobile workstation. Several 48-V battery packs can be combined to power mobile robots, pallet jacks, or electric utility carts.

The high current capability ensures the battery pack can power any attached DC/AC inverters, computer hardware, and other mechanical subsystems with higher current needs. Finally, the extensive list of regulatory approvals ensures that applications can maintain compliance with existing agency approvals.
