Plymouth, MI and Hamburg, Germany—Rofin-Sinar Technologies Europe, an affiliate company of Rofin-Sinar Technologies, Inc. (www.rofin.com), has increased its ownership share of Dilas Diodenlaser GmbH (Mainz) from 15% to 95%, with the remaining shares being held by one of the cofounders of Dilas.

Dilas, a leading manufacturer of high-power diode laser bars used for pumping solid-state lasers and for direct applications in material processing, employs 130 people and has an annual turnover of about $26 million.
