Zürich, SwitzerlandOnefive GmbH's Origami – XP microjoule femtosecond laser features a single-box, air-cooled design that incorporates the laser head, controller, and air-cooling system. Measuring 280 × 498 × 155mm and weighing 30kg, the laser is based on the company's low-noise Origami femtosecond seed laser. A chirped pulse amplification system allows the laser to reach 60µJ of pulse energy, 4W of average power, and pulse duration below 400 fs. Center wavelength is 1030nm, while repetition rate ranges from single-shot to 1MHz.

Features include real-time pulse energy measurement and control, through-hole mounting in any spatial direction, removable handles, and precise mechanical reference planes for simple drop-in applications.

Utilities for the laser include micromachining, medical devices, the pharmaceutical industry, nanosurgery, semiconductor testing, and several other industrial applications.
