Laser Research Optics' (Providence, RI) LRO Advanced Optical Cleaning Kit cleans splatter from CO2 laser optics, including those made from sapphire, quartz, germanium, silicon, and other materials. The kit helps prevent damage to coatings to extend lens life and improve laser performance. It includes 24 cotton balls, 24 surgical-grade finger cots, 24 lens mats, distilled water, polishing compound, reagent-grade isopropyl alcohol, reagent-grade acetone, and an air bulb for dust removal. Uses include lenses, windows, output couplers, mirrors, telescopes, and gun scopes, among others.
