Prodways has launched the TPU-70A thermoplastic polyurethane material for use with laser sintering technology.

Prodways (Les Mureaux, France), a Groupe Gorgé subsidiary, has launched the TPU-70A thermoplastic polyurethane material for use with laser sintering technology. The powder is an elastomer-type material designed for laser sintering of flexible, rubber-type objects in applications such as bellows, seals, flexible hoses, sports shoe soles, and luxury accessories. It offers elongation at break capacity over 300%, allowing for printing of ultra-flexible objects with high levels of precision and resolution, and has high resistance to chemical products.
