West Palm Beach, FL - Syneo, a medical device solutions company, has integrated a new laser system into its product line of catheter and guidewire processing machines.

The Accu-Lase V200 is a fully automated system that allows for greater process capability in polyimide tube cutting, as well as polymer marking.

"The Accu-Lase V200 is the first of a new generation of Syneo machines. It combines Syneo motion control and handling expertise with precise laser material processing methodology for catheters and guidewires," says Sebastian Ceballos, senior engineering laser specialist for Syneo.

To assist users with incorporating laser technology into their manufacturing, Syneo will be offering a full line of laser technology support services, in accordance with Six Sigma, to provide education and training, maintenance, service calls and repair.
