Masonite, a world leader in interior doors and entry door systems, announced the formation of Echelon Laser Systems, LP. Echelon Laser Systems is a joint venture between Masonite and TechnoLines, LP, an innovator in laser etching technology.

Echelon Laser Systems represents the convergence of art and technology, according to the company. Its patented texturing process liberates designers to conceive and execute more stunning, more vibrant and more beautiful materials  at highly economical costs. With 20 patents surrounding the process, this laser technology can revolutionize aesthetics across building products, textiles and other materials - replacing conventional and age-old printing and forming methods. To name just a few opportunities, doors, cabinets, moulding, siding, windows and decking may never be the same.
