Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, England - Technifor's TG400 532 nm green laser marking solution permits marking of materials that are unable to interact with YAG, YVO4, fiber, or CO2 laser equipment. It marks sensitive materials such as silicon, reflective metals (such as copper, silver, and gold), printed circuits, ceramics, and a wide range of plastics to address medical, electronics, electrical, and plastics applications. A 30 µm beam enables small characters and Data Matrix codes, while surface marking with reduced heat-affected zone avoids material damage or distortion.
