Ultrafast amplifier

Feb. 3, 2014
Amplitude Systemes is debuting the Tangor ultrafast amplifier at SPIE BiOS and SPIE Photonics West 2014 this week.
Pessac, France - Amplitude Systemes’ Tangor solid-state ultrafast amplifier features ultrashort pulse duration (<400 fs) and high average power (30 W) and will be introduced at SPIE Photonics West 2014. Based on the company's chirped pulse amplification (CPA)-free design, the amplifier delivers pulses up to 300 microJ in applications such as deep drilling, cutting and engraving metal, and dielectric and transparent material at the micrometer scale. Infrared, green, or UV wavelengths are available. SPIE BiOS/SPIE Photonics West booth numbers: 8539 (SPIE BiOS) and 1232 (SPIE Photonics West)
