Fiber laser engraving system

Gravograph's LS900 Fiber offers a bigger platform for permanent marking applications including industrial panels and plates, direct part marking, signage, and barcodes.

Gravograph, Duluth, GA, has updated its LS900 laser engraving system with a fiber laser for permanent marking applications including industrial panels and plates, direct part marking, signage, and barcodes.

The LS900 Fiber system has sufficient power to anneal steel, and can directly mark metal without first applying a ceramic substrate. It has a cast aluminum frame, extra wide heavy-duty belts, high quality optics, four lead screws to control platform Z lift to maintain flatness, and rust-free fasteners. The 24 × 24 in. table with longer Z-axis (9.8-in.) supports up to 55 lbs., with pass-through panels on both sides for oversized items, enabling laser-engraving of multiple parts in one cycle and thus better production efficiency.

The company's LaserStyle graphics engraving software is included, with tools to configure engraving modes and laser parameters, multi-item matrix layouts, variable lists, barcode generation, and all laser parameters stored with the job.

Here's a quick video walkthrough of some of the system's features.
