Volius and Organetix intend to merge

October 10--Organetix has executed a Letter of Intent to merge with Volius, a developer of fiber lasers based in Los Alamos, New Mexico.

October 10--Organetix Inc. has executed a Letter of Intent with Los Alamos, New Mexico-based Volius Inc., a developer of fiber lasers utilized in a range of applications in industrial, engineering, marking, aerospace, and medical industries. The next step towards the completion of the proposed merger would be the execution of a definitive merger agreement, based on terms set forth in the Letter of Intent. While there can be no assurances moving forward, management of Organetix is confident about the successful completion of a definitive merger agreement with Volius at a future date.
