April 4--TRUMPF Inc. has named Hart Machine Tool as the exclusive TRUMPF distributor for machine tools in Georgia. Tim Place, a regional sales manager for Hart, will serve as the primary sales representative for TRUMPF products in Georgia. Hart continues to represent TRUMPF's line of fabricating machinery in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and the Florida panhandle.
Hart has been a TRUMPF distributor since 1997 and serves the machine tool needs of regional job shops and manufacturers. Hart is also a local distributor for TRUMPF press brake and punching machine tooling. Place is a long-time Georgia resident and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
