II-VI Infrared, Saxonburg, Penn., a leader in CO2 laser optics, is announcing the release of its new generation 2.0 lens stress analyzer.

II-VI Infrared, Saxonburg, Penn., a leader in CO2 laser optics, is announcing the release of its new generation 2.0 lens stress analyzer (LSA).

This portable system uses cross-polarizers and a cool-running fluorescent light source to dramatically show lens stress when present – and a lens that needs replaced – or a good lens that merely needs cleaned. Prevent costly, unneeded lens replacement or far costlier downtime with this easy-to-use device.

The company will be demonstrating its LSA at FABTECH Booth #2013 this fall. Bring your lenses to its booth and you can test out the LSA.
