ALT's laser welded assemblies feature distortion-free cutting, drilling, and welding without fillers or a HAZ (heat affected zone). Custom engineered and manufactured using Nd:YAG or CO2 lasers, these assemblies can be made from materials such as stainless steels, Inconel, and nickel-base alloys.

Capable of welding, cutting, and drilling metals up to 0.300 in., holes as small as 0.005 in., and weld depths to 0.030 in., depending upon material, ALT is NADCAP approved (merit supplier status), GE approved for laser cutting, drilling & airflow, and is ISO 9001:2000 & AS9100:2004 REV. B. certified.
