Technifor has released the TD412 YAG laser, which offers high quality marks on plastics and metals at a marking speed of up to 2.5 m/sec. The TD412 creates thin marking lines with optimum marking precision without any burrs.

Technifor has released the TD412 YAG laser that offers high quality marks on plastics and metals at a marking speed of up to 2.5 m/sec.

The TD412 creates thin marking lines with optimum marking precision without any burrs. The laser has diode end-pumping and a high resolution galvonometric scan head. The unit also has high peak power for high contrast marking capability and features a wide range of settings to accommodate a variety of materials. The system is easily integrated on-line or as an individual workstation.

Other specifications include: peak power: >25kW; fiber length: 3, 5 10m; and focal lens: 100,160, 254, 300mm. The TD412 is equipped with the T700W user-friendly marking program with intuitive graphic interface providing: traceability functions including serial numbers, variables, date codes, and UID syntax; industrial files management: DXF, and BMP; bar codes, DataMatrix, and QR codes; and link to databases.
