Slemsdorf, Germany – ALLTEC GmbH Laser Business Unit has acquired FOBA Technology + Services GmbH, bringing together two companies with 65 years of combined experience focusing on laser marking and engraving.

Slemsdorf, Germany – ALLTEC GmbH Laser Business Unit has acquired FOBA Technology + Services GmbH, bringing together two companies with 65 years of combined experience focusing on laser marking and engraving. ALLTEC GmbH Laser Business Unit is a German manufacturer of laser systems for marking and coding and a technology center for laser marking and engraving within the publicly traded Danaher Corp.'s Product Identification Platform (PID).

The acquisition of FOBA increases ALLTEC's worldwide product offering, sales, application, training and service support. FOBA's products add to the existing ALLTEC portfolio, which includes systems ready to integrate into production lines through to work stations for stand-alone operation and engraving machines for the tool, moldmaking, and medical technology industries.
