The 3D Campus will provide around 40,000 square meters for about 500 employees. Its future machine production capacity will be 4X higher as well, making the facility a global GE center for producing 3D metal printing (also known as additive manufacturing) machines.
About €105 million will be invested into the new facility, which should be ready for move-in by early 2019.
