Nitrogen generator for laser cutting

July 26, 2017
The PSA-6000/PB-4500 nitrogen generator generates nitrogen gas in off-peak electric hours and stores it in high-pressure cassettes for use as an assist gas by laser cutting shops at peak electric hours.

The PSA-6000/PB-4500 nitrogen (N2) generator from INTO-N2 (Minden, NV) generates N2 gas in off-peak electric hours and stores it in high-pressure cassettes for use as an assist gas by laser cutting shops at peak electric hours. The generator offers 13,500cf of N2 gas storage, with 99.99% purity at 4350psi. Its rack, which measures 48 × 48in. and is 60in. tall, has a secure cover to protect the high-pressure N2 lines of the manifold.
