Additive manufacturing services provider Midwest Prototyping (Blue Mounds, WI) has achieved AS9100 Rev. D certification, the standard of operational excellence required for aviation and aerospace suppliers. Now, the company is able to manufacture flight-ready components on all its technologies at each of its production facilities.

Aviation-focused manufacturers and suppliers seeking AS9100-certified providers will be able to utilize all services offered at the company, including six distinct 3D printing processes such as selective laser sintering and stereolithography, as well as its finishing and post-processing, urethane casting, and CNC machining services.
