The SIGMA LS laser micromachining subsystem is a femtosecond laser-integrated module for micromachining of metals and metal alloys, polymers, ceramics, and glasses. Femtosecond laser options from 5 to 40 W are available, in both IR and green wavelength, and air- and water-cooled versions. The galvanometer scan head has multiple lens options.
