Laser system from InnoLas Solutions achieves 5 μm accuracy

Sept. 30, 2019
The EXPEGO series laser system ablates, cuts, or drills for substrate sizes up to 750 × 750 mm.

The EXPEGO series laser system ablates, cuts, or drills for substrate sizes up to 750 × 750 mm. It can be equipped with up to three different types of lasers and operated with both a fixed optic and/or with a galvanometer scanner. Using the galvanometer scanner, an INFINITY Scan function achieves an accuracy of 5 μm and nearly eliminates scanning inaccuracies of sequential fields.
