Ranovus silicon photonics engine incorporates multiwavelength quantum dot laser
The Odin silicon photonics engine offers 3.2 Tbit/s in a single chip supporting both module and co-packaged optics designs. It incorporates a multiwavelength quantum dot laser, 100 Gbit/s silicon photonics-based microring resonator modulators and photodetectors, a 100 Gbit/s driver, a 100 Gbit/s transimpedance amplifier, and control integrated circuits.
