The SPL DP90_3 single-channel pulsed infrared laser provides 65 W at 20 A and is designed for short-range lidar applications to capture vehicle surroundings in autonomous driving. It has a footprint of 0.3 × 0.6 mm, efficiency of ~30%, and covers a distance of approximately 90 m from the vehicle.
