The RS-12D Series of NIST-traceable sources can be used as white light standards or spectral radiance or luminance. It features a correlated color temperature of 2856 K ±25 K with a 3 in. diffuse exit diameter with ±3% uniformity. The calibrated wavelength ranges are between 380 and 1100 nm at 5 nm intervals.
