Thorlabs introduces six-color light engine for fluorescence excitation
The Chrolis six-color light engine for fluorescence excitation applications features a configurable design that combines the light from six customer-selected LEDs into a single ∅3 mm liquid light guide. Users can select from 11 wavelengths with outputs ranging from 365 to 780 nm, covering all known fluorophores. The LEDs are controlled via a GUI.
