A ytterbium-doped fiber amplifier module is designed to handle >1.5 MW peak power for 15 ps pulse width and 70 kW peak power for 5 ns pulse width in single-frequency linewidths, with average power of 120 W and beam quality of M2 <1.2. It comes in a 217 × 30 × 17 mm package.
