The OD-663-850 aluminum gallium arsenide (AlGaAs) near-infrared (near-IR) LED illuminator designed for surveillance and night vision applications has a peak emission wavelength of 850 nm. It offers power from 300 to 425 mW, with forward voltage from 4.8 to 5.4 V. The spectral bandwidth is 40 nm with a half-intensity beam angle of 120°.
