Correlated photon-pair source integrates a 405 nm pump source

Feb. 25, 2021
A Correlated Photon-Pair Source produces >450 kHz photon pairs at 810 nm.

A Correlated Photon-Pair Source uses a user-adjustable, integrated 405 nm pump source on the front end of a spontaneous parametric down-conversion (SPDC) device to produce >450 kHz photon pairs at 810 nm. It has a >0.45 heralding ratio and is fiber-coupled out of the housing for plug-and-play usage.
