Mae Steinberg has served as senior marketing manager at Energetiq (Wilmington, MA) for nearly five years. During that time, she has brought much energy to the company and continues her dedication to learn and grow.
She works very closely with SPIE and SEMI to ensure Energetiq is making a positive impact in the global market, and also works closely with the company’s customer base as well as the team at Hamamatsu (Energetiq’s parent company). Throughout and since the pandemic of 2020, Steinberg has written a weekly employee newsletter to keep everyone informed of the happenings at the company as well as how all employees can make an impact on ESG. She is known as a key employee for Energetiq and continues make a difference in the photonics market.

Justine Murphy is the multimedia director for Endeavor Business Media's Digital Infrastructure Group. She is a multiple award-winning writer and editor with more 20 years of experience in newspaper publishing as well as public relations, marketing, and communications. For nearly 10 years, she has covered all facets of the optics and photonics industry as an editor, writer, web news anchor, and podcast host for an internationally reaching magazine publishing company. Her work has earned accolades from the New England Press Association as well as the SIIA/Jesse H. Neal Awards. She received a B.A. from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
