The BeamRazor LE02 pulsed laser light beam transmitter module combines a 905 nm pulsed laser with optical beam shaping technology for peak power >600 W, short pulse width <5 ns, and beam divergence <0.15 (FA) × 25º (SA) in a compact 55 × 38 × 14 mm module. Applications include beam steering lidar systems with steering mirrors or MEMS.
