The FLPD-760-0.25-VCSEL-TO39 and FLPD-763-0.25-VCSEL-TO39 are single-mode VCSELs at 760 and 763 nm, respectively, with a 2 nm tuning range.

The FLPD-760-0.25-VCSEL-TO39 and FLPD-763-0.25-VCSEL-TO39 are single-mode VCSELs at 760 and 763 nm, respectively, with a 2 nm tuning range. The 3 dB modulation bandwidth is better than 0.1 GHz. Supplied in a TO-39 housing with antireflection coating, an integrated thermoelectric cooler, thermistor, and electrostatic discharge protection, they are suited for tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) applications such as oxygen detection.
